Send the product type, standard and edition, material grade, dimensions, quantity, destination and required delivery date. Add a drawing or purchase list when available.
Can I enquire using a drawing?
Yes. Send the drawing through WhatsApp with its revision, tolerances, material and quantity. The team will review feasibility and confirm the quotation scope.
Are PN and Class directly interchangeable?
Do not treat them as a direct conversion. Keep the specified standard, material and temperature basis; confirm the mating flange and gasket requirements together.
Which flange type should I choose?
Start with the approved piping design. Weld neck, slip-on, blind, socket weld, threaded and lap joint flanges have different connection arrangements. The selection guide helps you describe what is required.
How do I specify elbows, tees or reducers?
Include angle and radius for elbows, main and branch sizes for tees, and both diameters plus concentric/eccentric form for reducers. State the wall thickness or schedule.
How are coated pipes quoted?
Provide the base pipe specification, inside and outside coating requirements, coating thickness, lengths, joint-end treatment and service environment.
What inspection documents should I request?
List the material certificate, dimensional report, coating inspection records or third-party witnessing required by your contract. Scope, availability and cost are confirmed before ordering.
What are the minimum order and delivery time?
They depend on the product, specification, quantity and current availability. Send your purchase list and destination for a project-specific confirmation.
